Taylor Kincanon’s practice focuses on estate planning needs for individuals and families and trust administration, business succession planning, business formation and transactions, and assisting nonprofit organizations. Taylor is passionate about serving his clients and helping to protect their assets, themselves, and their loved ones.
Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance. While in college, Taylor was involved in several leadership roles, including serving as Student Body President, a member of the President’s Leadership Class, and a Brad Henry International Scholar. Taylor also studied Politics and Economics at Swansea University in Wales.
In law school, Taylor was privileged to serve as President of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Native American Law Students Association and the Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Society, and volunteered over 100 hours with the Public Interest Board.
Taylor currently serves as a board member of the nonprofit Victims’ Impact Panel, which focuses on combating driving under the influence, and is a member of the Regional Food Bank Leadership Council. Taylor and his wife, Emma, enjoy traveling together, playing golf, and spending time with their rescue dog, Rooney.
