A proud Texan, Carlos grew up in Edinburg and attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where he studied Political Science and Criminal Justice. He graduated cum laude with Political Science Honors before earning his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
While in law school, Carlos was active in several student organizations and worked with the Oklahoma Innocence Project, gaining meaningful experience advocating for underserved clients. Before focusing his practice on estate planning, he practiced personal injury law, further shaping his client-first approach.
Outside the office, Carlos is an avid college and professional sports fan. He enjoys traveling with family, playing golf, grabbing coffee with friends, and spending time with his two dogs, Kota Bleu and Ryker Harley.
