One little item to highlight that was a little of an annoyance but nothing significant – when I book an appointment, the appointment is booked. It seemed like I received numerous reminders to the point of getting a little annoying. Perhaps this is due to people not showing when expected but I do not remind my professional appointments repeatedly of an upcoming meeting and would not expect repeated reminders from those professionals I work with.
