Mitch's extensive experience includes base estate planning, oil and gas transactions, and complex mergers and acquisitions. Mitch has successfully been involved with advanced estate tax planning for high net worth families and complex transfer planning for privately owned businesses.

Mitch attended college on an athletic scholarship and subsequently attended law school, where he served as Class President. Mitch has served in various leadership roles for non-profits, specifically, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
