Mitch D. McCuistian

Mitch’s extensive experience includes base estate planning, advanced estate and income tax planning, and family office matters. Mitch has successfully been involved with advanced estate tax planning for high net worth families and complex transfer planning for privately owned businesses.

Mitch’s practice also includes probate, asset protection planning, trust administration, and choice of entity structuring.

Mitch attended college on an athletic scholarship and subsequently attended law school, where he served as Class President.

A proud Member of the Cherokee Nation, Mitch enjoys time with his wife, daughter, and golden retriever. In his free time, you can find him playing golf, skiing in Colorado or calling the Hogs!
